Made-to-order pricing
Pricing reflects the selected design, dimensions, upholstery and delivery requirements. A project proceeds after the client accepts the written quotation and any agreed deposit terms.
Custom orders
Because furniture is handcrafted to the agreed specifications, changes and cancellations may be limited once production begins. Any concern should be raised with the Za’Ve team as soon as possible.
Delivery, care and warranty
Lead times and delivery arrangements are confirmed for each order. Furniture should be used and maintained according to the care guidance supplied. Please contact Za’Ve directly regarding workmanship, repairs or recovering.
